German Standards.
No Compromise.
Our work is governed by rigorous German quality standards. From DIN specifications to on-site testing protocols, every project receives the same uncompromising attention to quality.
Quality Standards We Apply
German DIN standards form the foundation of our quality system. These aren't just certifications—they're working specifications we apply daily.
Flatness Tolerances
German standard defining permissible deviations in floor flatness. Table 3 specifies tolerances for industrial floors, with Lines 1-4 representing increasing precision requirements.
All industrial floor projects. Line 3 for standard warehousing, Line 4 for VNA and high-precision applications.
Fresh Concrete Testing
European standard for testing fresh concrete properties including slump, flow, density, and air content. Essential for quality control during placement.
On-site testing of every concrete delivery. Results documented for quality records.
Hardened Concrete Testing
European standard for testing hardened concrete including compressive strength, tensile strength, and density. Cube or cylinder specimens tested at 7 and 28 days.
Cube testing from each pour. Results verified against specified concrete grade.
Screed Materials
European standard for screed materials and screeds. Defines classification, requirements, and test methods for cementitious and synthetic resin screeds.
Specification and testing of bonded screeds and surface treatments.
Testing Protocols
Every project follows documented testing procedures. Results are recorded, verified, and included in project handover documentation.
Fresh Concrete Testing
Slump test, temperature check, and visual inspection of every concrete delivery. Air content testing for external works.
Cube Specimens
150mm cube specimens cast from fresh concrete. Cured under controlled conditions for 7-day and 28-day compressive strength testing.
Flatness Measurement
Floor flatness surveyed using digital floor profiler or straightedge and wedge. Results recorded on grid pattern.
Coating Adhesion
Pull-off adhesion testing of coating systems using calibrated equipment. Minimum 1.5 N/mm² for standard applications.
Coating Thickness
Wet film and dry film thickness measurement using calibrated gauges. Ensures specified coverage achieved.
Moisture Content
Carbide moisture measurement of concrete substrate before coating application. Maximum limits vary by coating type.
Inspection Classes
German monitoring classes define the level of quality inspection required for different project types.
Überwachungsklasse 2 (ÜK 2)
Enhanced monitoring class for structural concrete
- Fresh concrete testing every delivery
- Cube specimens per DIN EN 12390
- Third-party inspection available
- Full documentation package
Überwachungsklasse 3 (ÜK 3)
Highest monitoring class for critical structures
- All ÜK 2 requirements
- Continuous third-party inspection
- Enhanced testing frequency
- Real-time quality monitoring
Environmental Protection
For facilities handling hazardous materials, we specify and install containment-rated floor systems meeting German environmental regulations.
Water Protection
German Water Resources Act section governing facilities handling water-hazardous substances. Requires certified containment systems with appropriate resistance and capacity.
Chemical storage, fuel handling, industrial processing areas with hazardous materials.
Facilities Ordinance
Ordinance on facilities for handling substances hazardous to water. Defines requirements for secondary containment and leak detection.
Design and specification of containment-rated floor systems.
Material Specifications
We specify materials that meet German quality standards. Here are typical specifications across our main material categories.
Concrete
Steel Fiber
Hard Materials
Coatings
